Introduction

Getting your abs in shape is not an easy task and like most body improvements, it takes determination or will power whichever you want to call it. Like everything else you can do it if you really want to. So how do you get started getting six pack abs?

Diet

Strange as it seems eating smaller meals more often helps. This should get your metabolism going. Healthy eating is a must, abs that are fat are not good. You are going to have to stop eating certain foods and replace some of your favorite foods with others.

You Have to Exercise

The exercises that are going to benefit you are in a category of three types. They have to be done at least three times a week but four is much better. The three types that you need to do are Cardio, weight training and abs exercises.You should look for a steroid that cuts.

  • With the Cardio, do whatever appeals to you most or try and alternate biking, swimming, walking or running. So walk for a minuet or two and then run for fifteen or twenty seconds, repeat a certain number of times like ten or more and do this twice a week.

  • Working with weights is also important. The reason for this is the muscle that you are going to add will burn the same amount of calories as if you were doing a strenuous exercise like jogging a mile. With the weight lifting or working with weights, try to not be to ambitious  right away or you will get sick of it, so start out with the smaller weights and as you build strength and develop muscle get heavier weights.   • Next you have to do ab exercises, there are many exercises developed for this purpose. Find a few that you do not mind doing. These should be done about three times a week and you can interchange them.
