Superheroes are common in comics and cartoons. What separates the superheroes from the normal human beings are their washboard abs, huge biceps and great lats. In real life, there are only a few people who have this type of body. Most of them are weight lifters, body builders and athletes. To increase your lats, you need to involve a lot of back exercises. These include deadlifts, bent rows and cable rows, chin ups and pull downs. These exercises work out your lats but focuses on different aspects. You need to train your lower back and your upper back. He stressed out that to have a good looking body; you need to find the perfect combination between weights and proper form.

One of the things needed to make your lats gain more strength and look better is to perform stretching exercises. Stretching will help develop your bottom lat and you can do so with low pulley rows. Another advantage of stretching is that your blood flow will increase and your range of motion will also increase.

While exercising, remember not to swing your weights or you'll hurt yourself. When you lift and you rock back, this is a sign that you are stronger but it doesn't address the muscles of your back. Know your limitations and do not try to lift more than you can because you will hurt yourself. Follow the proper positions and body form in lifting.
