Bicep Training is Easy
If you do workouts every day, do the bicep workouts twice a week and perhaps you can do both the biceps and triceps workout once a week. Bicep training is easier than the training of any other muscle group. Possibility this is because the muscles in the arms are used so often. After a really good workout, the arms don't feel sore like the other body parts and if there is a little soreness, it usually disappears in a short time. Try using a little more weight than you regularly do and in no time you will see good results. |
