In one's life, you need to balance your life: find time for work, friends and yourself. The best way to do this is to know yourself better and what you are capable of doing. You shouldn't over extend yourself, neither should you do too little of things because it will make you unsatisfied.

You need to focus on yourself first. This means that you should live a healthy lifestyle. You may have already started body building. Body building is a great way to keep in shape. It helps you gain a lot of confidence in yourself and you'll be able to do more in your job. Taking care of yourself physically can include joining outdoor sports. You can make friends and you won't have to be stuck inside the gym for most of the time.

When you are happy with yourself, it makes it easier to make more friends. Having a healthy social life will open your eyes to new things and it could also lead to a lot of opportunities.  Man is inherently a social being and he enjoys being around with people who have the same interests as he does. Socializing with people who have the same interests as you will make you feel like you are part of the group. It will also give you a deeper understanding about the things you have in common. You can increase your circle of friends so that you can also increase your perspective and grow as a person.

One of the integral things in a man's life is work. One cannot survive without work. Try to look for a job that you are comfortable in. If you are stuck with one that you don't like, you should try to make yourself feel better by creating a list of the things you can do to help reduce your stress. At this time, it if difficult to let go of a job since many people are getting kicked out of jobs. It's best on hold on to what you have.

Getting enough sleep will help you have a happier disposition. You can also spend more time exercising or being out with friends to release stress and tension from your job. Try to eat right too! The key to happiness is finding balance in these three things.  You should not let one be more important than the other because all there are important. Know your limitations and do what you can!
