What Does Testosterone Do?
Testosterone which is present in men shows a marked increase at the time of puberty. Some of the effects of testosterone are an increase of facial hair such as a mustache, or a beard and sideburns. Hair will also begin to grow on the chest. There is an increase in aggressive behavior. The face will loose the boyhood fat, there will be an increase in strength and muscle, the voice will deepen, the shoulders will get wider and there will be some remodeling of the bones in the face.
What are the Risks of Taking High Doses?
The risks are high when taking the doses needed to produce the results that are so desirable. How dangerous they are depends on the length of time they are taken, the dosage and the type used along with individual tolerance. Documented cases that are fairly common are severe acne, blood pressure problems impotence and mood swings. Sometimes there is a complete loss of control of emotions.
